1. Digital products

As these are instant-download digital products, the right of withdrawal may be limited once the download has started.

2. Conditions

We accept refund requests up to 14 days after purchase, provided the file has not been downloaded. In that case the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

3. How to request

Send your request to contato@layvoflow.com with the purchase email. We reply within 5 business days.

4. Exceptions

Requests after the file has been downloaded or outside the stated window are not refunded, except for a proven product defect.
